Text Messages (SMS) — Terms and Opt-In
In short: Stride Warehouse sends text messages about work in a warehouse — to the operator’s own staff about events they asked to be told about, and to a delivery recipient or client about their own order. Nothing is promotional. Reply STOP at any time to stop them. Message and data rates may apply.
Who is sending
Messages are sent by Express Installation Services Inc, dba Stride, operating Stride Warehouse (https://www.mystridehub.com), on behalf of the warehouse operator you deal with. The texts come from the platform’s number. Our staff-scheduling app, Stride Schedules, texts from the same number; its messages are described on its own page.
What the messages are
To a delivery recipient or a client
- Scheduling invitation — when your order is ready to deliver, a member of the operator’s staff can text you a private link to pick a delivery date. Example: “Acme Logistics: your delivery from Design Co is ready to schedule. Book here: <link> Reply STOP to opt out.” One text per order, sent by a person, not on a schedule.
- Replies — if you text the number back, your message reaches the operator’s staff and they may answer you by text about that order.
A client contact who ticks the text-message box on the operator’s intake form agrees to this wording: “Text me about my account and my orders at the phone number above. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of service.”
To the operator’s staff
An operator lists the phone numbers of its own staff under Settings → Notifications and chooses which events go by text. Today those are a customer’s inbound text (forwarded so a person sees it) and support-ticket events. Frequency depends on the operator’s business — typically a few a day. These are work alerts the employer set up; reply STOP to end them, or ask the employer to remove the number.
Consent
- Delivery recipients are texted only about their own delivery, by a staff member, at the number the client gave for the delivery. The message is about a service you are receiving, and the link is yours alone.
- Client contacts are not texted by the platform today. When that arrives it will apply only to contacts who ticked the box on the intake form (the wording above), and only about their account and orders; the answer is recorded on the signed intake.
- Operator staff are texted at numbers their employer configured for work alerts. Ask your employer to remove your number, or reply STOP.
Consent to text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.
How to stop, and how to get help
- Reply STOP to any message. The carrier-level opt-out on the platform’s number blocks further texts to that number. The reply and its time are recorded, and the operator’s staff are told so they reach you another way.
- Reply START to receive texts again.
- Reply HELP, or email email@stridenw.com, for help.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies with your orders. Message and data rates may apply according to your carrier’s plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Phone numbers and message logs are used only to send and record these messages and are never sold or shared for marketing. Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The Privacy Policy covers the rest.
