Getting started

Can I sign up online?
Not yet. We set each warehouse up with you — your services, your rates, your client list and your DispatchTrack and QuickBooks connections — so getting started is a conversation, not a checkout. Send us a note and we will show you the parts that fit.
How do my existing items and clients get in?
Clients come in from a list. Inventory can be imported, and from then on every piece is received through the app and gets its own ID and label. If you are on DispatchTrack already, your customer book imports from there so the addresses match on both sides.
What does my crew have to install?
Nothing. It runs in a phone or tablet browser, and they can add it to the home screen so it opens like an app. There is no app store download and no device to manage.

DispatchTrack

Do I still need DispatchTrack?
Yes — DispatchTrack stays your own subscription with DispatchTrack, and your drivers keep using it. Stride Hub integrates with it: it builds and pushes the order, and reads back the route, the driver, the status and the proof of delivery. We are not affiliated with DispatchTrack and do not resell it.
What actually stops being manual?
Typing the delivery in twice, and chasing it afterwards. The order you built from the pieces in stock is what goes over — address, contact, every line item, the accessorials and the notes the driver reads. What comes back lands on the order: scheduled, routed, started, arrived, finished, signed, plus any note or photo a driver put on a line item.
What if I change an order after it is routed?
It is pushed again, but guarded. A re-push reads DispatchTrack first and refuses to touch an order a driver has already started or finished, and it never re-sends the date unless you are deliberately rescheduling — so a change cannot quietly unschedule a routed day or create a duplicate.
Which plan includes it?
DispatchTrack delivery and customer self-scheduling come with Full. Basic covers receiving, inventory, tasks, repairs, will calls and invoices.

Billing and money

Does it replace QuickBooks?
No. Invoices are created and numbered here, then, on Full, pushed to QuickBooks Online against the right customer and the right items. Your accountant keeps working in QuickBooks.
How does one-click invoicing really work?
Each piece of work writes its own charge as it happens — receiving, storage, inspections, repairs, delivery, will calls. At month end you select what to bill and run it once: invoices are numbered by the database, grouped per client, emailed with their PDFs, pushed to QuickBooks, and the cards on file are charged on the daily run. Hundreds in one pass, with a live progress count.
Can I price each client differently?
Yes. A price list per client class, plus a markup or a discount on an individual client, and a coverage report that shows which client classes still have no rate — the gaps that turn into unbilled work.
How do card payments work?
On Full, through Stax, on your own merchant account, so the money lands in your bank. Cards on file are charged automatically and the QuickBooks payment is only recorded once the money is actually collected. Clients who are not on a card get a pay-by-link page. Stax’s processing fees are between you and Stax.
Can an invoice be changed after it is sent?
Not by accident. A finalized invoice is frozen by the database itself; re-issuing one is a deliberate act that is recorded. That is on purpose — it is the guard that keeps two invoices from ever carrying the same number.

Your clients

Do my clients pay for a login?
No. Client logins are unlimited and free on every plan. A client sees only its own inventory, orders, invoices, claims and documents.
Can a design firm have one account for several projects?
Yes — parent and child accounts. The parent sees its children, and a child can inherit the parent’s tax details and signed terms or keep its own.
Can clients book their own deliveries?
Yes, on Full. They only see dates your capacity rules actually allow — service time, buffer and drive time by ZIP counted against each route day — so they cannot book a day the crew could not run.

Plans, texts and the practical bits

What counts as a staff user?
An admin or a warehouse user. Basic includes 5 and Full 15; past that it is $25 a month each. Client logins are never counted.
How many clients can I have?
Basic takes up to 10 active clients and 10 GB of photos and documents. Full has no client limit.
Do customers get texts?
On Full, yes — about their own delivery, in their own thread, with STOP honoured. It includes 1,000 a month. Basic has no texting. You can let it run over and be billed, or set it to stop at the allowance. See our text message terms.
What happens in the dead spot at the back of the warehouse?
The app still opens, and the scanner, the task panels and the load report still take a tap. The work is held and sends itself when the signal comes back.
Is it my branding or yours?
Yours on Full: your logo and colours on client emails and the client portal.
Who can see my data?
Your company’s data is separated at the database level, not just in the screens, and each client sees only its own. What we hold and why is in the Privacy Policy.
